I came across a listing for Angel Eye kits on Ebay & in the actual auction description it says "VISIT OUR COMMUNITY AT www.lincolnvscadillac.com"

The seller name is lightwurkz & it also says "LET US INSTALL IT FOR YOU CALL FOR DETAILS" in the auction. Does anyone know who this is?

Sorry if this is already known & has been posted for some reason it's new to me & I've never seen it before.

Lightwurks is the company is CA that does the gen2 angel eyes mod for 500-600 dollars. A few members on here have done it with them. A guy with the name lightwurks came on here when the rings were being tested and when they finally made LED rings for the gen2 headlight and posted some stuff about it. They are the company that sells the LED angel eyes. Andrizzle got them from them and so did I. Umnitza makes them, but lightwurks sells the ls angel eyes, umnitza doesn't have them listed on their website for some reason.

hey Alax they make em for my gen 1 too ya numb nuts! Don't make your Gen 2 feel so special with your darn throttle by wire and your dimple sized taillights

Ken had rings for gen1's and also installed them for you. He didn't go gen2 cause you have to cut them. Lightwurks will do gen1 also,BUT, they were the company that started to do gen2 by cutting them open, they came on here and told lvc about them, they didn't come on here saying they could do gen1 cause anyone can with a heat gun or oven, thats what I meant. :p
 
Yeah if you like amber, but most go for that cleaner amberless look like the gen2 headlight, BOY!!!! :cool:
 
Lightwurks takes a long time up to 2 months for the Gen 2s and they painted my bezels blue instead of the light green they were supposed to be so I wound up cutting them open and redoing them myself which I should have done in the first place.

your amber reflectors are retarded, at least my amber can be tinted or replaced. Hell I'm gonna get me a set of these

2 months? How the hell do you drive around for 2 months with no headlights? I guess if you have another car to drive which I don't...
 
I bought a pair of HIDs on ebay and sent them in to be done.

They can be tinted or replaced too. That is one thing do like gen2 over gen1's for, gen1's are covered with amber, so much amber in the headlight and bumpcer cover. Gen2 looks cleaner, can't deny that ;)

I contacted them & they said for LVC members they do the pair for $350 & it takes 3-5 days. $450 for non LVC members.

When I contacted them a year ago they said it would them about two weeks to do a set. Is the purchasing of the rings included in that $350? But I liked the way Alax did his by making the ring wider to fit into the housing better.
 
If that $350 includes the angel eyes count me in. If it doesn't, maybe we can put together a group buy and with enough people they will lower the price some more?
 
Just thought I would add for the do-it-yourself-ers, you can get the clear Gen 2 headlight turn signal lenses from them for $50.
 
They also cut them open, they dont pry them open like i did them so if you ever plan on opening them after yourself it might be a pain to reseal it yourself. The price went down, they told 500 a few months ago
 
Did the 500 include the angel eyes or was that just for the labor to install?
