Bad engine: How to change????

152K and its a rust free truck. Ive owned it since about 80K and its been great up until now. Might fix it and get a pre-03 Excursion with 7.3 powerstroke.

Found this one with only 90K on it which is pretty hard to find and its done right...Talkin to the wife. =)

Sorry, I don't have anything useful to add to the thread, other than how to prevent frostbite on your johnson.

Well....

The diff cover bolts are 5/16" x 18, as are the ABS sensor retaining bolts, and everything inside the diff is standard as well.

I do not. All of the hardware on and in the diff, except the pinion nut, is standard.

I think hes gonna score a nice black on black second gen here shortly with taxes.

Needs minor work and has a small dent but I bet hes talking about having it paint corrected like yours and have its pin stripe removed.

man you must be getting old, you senile old bastard..... the E18 inverted torx bolts that hold the subframe in, we have argued about it before you keep saying that a 9/16 six point socket works just fine.
