Bad Head Gasket?

There is no need to remove the fuel rail, injectors, or throttle body, that all comes off with the intake manifold as an assembly. You do have to disconnect the fuel line from the assembly and the exhaust tube from the EGR.

It's best to follow the factory procedure: http://deneau.info/ls/s6x~us~en~file=s6x31006.htm~gen~ref.htm
Note that it is important to loosen (and later tighten) the bolts in the correct sequence.
Note that some of the torque values are in foot-pounds, and others are in inch-pounds. It's very important to keep that straight.
Getting the wiring harness loose where it is held by the back of the intake manifold is a bit of a pain.

Thanks for replying so fast. I have the EGR tube disconnected from the EGR. It looks like 2 bolts connect it to the TB and they don't look like they need to come off. I was on that manual a bit ago and i thought.. "Disconnect the fuel supply tube spring lock coupling from the fuel rail. For additional information, refer to Section 310-00" Was that runs to both sides of the fuel rail. I've pryed on it and pulled but it wouldn't budge so I assume it must stay. When I take off the intake am I just supposed to pull straight up or to the front of the car.

Straight up for about an inch, then tilt it up at the front and move it up and towards the front at the same time. Don't be too worried if some oil spills out of the intake. It seems to be normal for some to be pooled inside. Be careful not to knock any dirt into the intake ports on the engine. If you do, vacuum it out.
