Beware, another fraud....

If you lok at his feedback -- he's been selling alot of these...

http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors...sspagename=VIP:feedback:2:us&iid=190245892715

Yeah I noticed that.... it's what led me to inquire about your "only" supplier. Have you talke with them yet?
His prices for the items vary wildly also. I saw one in there he sold a set of 4 for $27, 2 for $22 and $35, and singles for $19. Guess if they didn't cost him anything he would not care what they sold for.
Did you count them up? As you mention, it was a lot. And going on for a long time (months at least). I for one have never seen them on ebay before (except your sales).

I hope you get adequate resolution on this legal matter.

Thanks Guys I will get him for sure, ball is already rolling. I mentioned that he has been selling them since at least July 13th.

The thing that really bugs me most is when looking at his feedbacks on these and the bidders list SEVERAL of the bidders are CUSTOMERS of ours that bought the fake guys emblems at the same time they bought other items from me on Ebay and never once said a single word to me, knowing it was wrong! Real nice Guys, (You know who you are) thanks and I will remember that.

I got a email back from the guy and all he said was "no" Must of scared him good

I asked him where he got them from since a friend of mine owns the trademark. He responded:

Found them in the trash and did some internet research.

BTW - he is located in Michigan. I responded...
Well, your research didnt give you the truth. This emblem is the logo and TRADEMARK for Lincoln Motorsport, and as such you are not licensed to be selling these.

OMFG IM FUKKIN RAGING NOW look what this piece of $hit wrote me back:

Dear onebadmk8,

I will be contacting ebay about your slanderus auction. I didn't steal any
emblems! They were being disposed of in the trash and I asked for them and
they were giving to me.I think you need to read your copy right law! I am
not making them or copying them or am I having anybody make them or copy
them!

I would seriously take a look at the company or person who made these for you. That sounds exactly like where they are coming from. I would definentely gather what info you can and file charges against him for his sales records or for copyright infringement.

This is like all of the Bride and Sparco copies coming from Canada and Asia. They are copyrighted here but those factories that make them aren't bound by the US laws that keep them from reselling the same exact thing to make a direct profit instead of going from factory to supplier to consumer. Except in the US this guy is bound so I really hope you get him.

Good luck in going after him. Please do keep us updated.

Just remember, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Geno i'LL email him in the wmorning im not in any shaope to be sendin gemails now.

Well, that really sucks, I like the "I found them in the trash". He must love dumpster diving to find all those emblems. Funny that someone would take a perfect, exact, matching emblem to yours and throw it away for no apparent reason. Then, mysteriously, somebody just so happens to "find" them in the trash and boom, they're on ebay.

I do like his story about Ford making a cobra Lincoln though. Why the hell would they produce all the damn emblems before they produced the car. Doesn't sound to bright to me!

He obviously works for the supplier in my opinion. Ill be incontact with them too.

I would really look at the supplier. Most likely somebody who works there, trying to make some money on the side.

This really sucks but he will get his in the end!

So I guess he dives in UPS's dumpsters to get all that UPS memorabilia also huh?

What a douche bag.

wwhhaattss uupp rreevv?? mmiilldd iinnttooxxiiccaattiioonn?? LLOOLL!! :D:D

Oh man Blue, it was bad.

I lined up the 8 shot glasses I could track down with some Grey Goose and downed em in like a 1 min timeframe, they hit me hard. It wore off quick though, but I don't remember that post!

north hockey town.. Detroit is hockey town i think..

and if he has all this UPS stuff.. maybe he is a UPS delivery guy or worker and stole a bunch of emblems while they were being shipped.. or picked up for shipment from the "supplier"..

anyone that you know of that DIDNT recieve their emblems in the mail??.. if so this might be the reason...

and if he did find them in the trash.. why the hell were there THAT MANY in the trash.. what trash can would have all those in it other than yours and the company that produces them ??

^^ YEah i was wondering how he could find THAT MANY in the garbage.
