Beware, another fraud....

Do you have a patent for your emblems? And the source that made them, did they sign off on anything saying they would never reprdouce them or sale them? If not then you are out of luck. If you do not have the sole rights to them, then there is nothing you can do.
 
Of course I have the rights to the item it's our tradmarked company logo. Im not that stupid.

Were finding out about this deal this coming week.

So far it looks like an accident on the manufacturers part by throwing away a few blems and he did find them in the trash.

Yep that would be it... some had small flaws so they tossed them all instead of sort them.

But this guy can't dig in the trash and sell your $hit keep after him them tell us who he is so we can rape him......my guess is Cavlin Louie ;)
 
LOL Calvin!! LMAO! Well he removed all the auctions and is giving me the rest of them so this should be over.

I will be sending him a legal notice to pay me for the ones he sold after all he stole those sales from me and took money from my pocket.

Again I have to mention it's so funny how there s no company respect or loyalty in this business because of the simple fact multiple customers of mine purchased these from him while I had mine up for auction and never said a word to me about it. Makes feel all warm and fuzzy ya' know?

Sounds like you need to send out some PMs and thank them for letting you know.
People are cheap and only watch out for number one.
 
It's not even worth my time, the simple fact I knw what those people are about now is reward enough for me.

It's cool cause' those cheapos got crappy versions LOL with crap coatings that will wear off one time in the weather.

I mean sure it sucks when people sell something they found and didn't pay a damn dime for,... I hate people that do that sh*t but what can he get in trouble for?


I would be really pissed that he did not credit the origin of the emblems, that is bull sh*t right there also considering its the company trademark!!
