42% percent approve according to that poll,
that's interesting knowing that Clinton won the election in 1992 with just 43% of the vote.

That matches the lowest level ever recorded by Rasmussen Reports. The slight increase in Approval seen last weekend was clearly nothing more than statistical noise.

And Democrats in the Congress have an approval of 29%.
