I only had $10,000 in my Stang, by FAR the most bang for the buck car you can own. where else can you get 1g handling for that little of cash?

I'll give a little credit to the latest vettes and z06s, they really have stepped it up from some of the pathetic vettes that were around for a while. The 84 vette was recognized as being a real pile. I personally wouldn't own any of them, just not my thing.

SVO's RULE!!!! these cars were designed for a 4 banger and they do handle the best without all the weight of a V8 on the front tires. I had Motorsport aluminum heads on my stang which helps alot. here's a couple of pics of my 83.5 GT.

Yeah, they really did a nice job re engineering the Vettes. They tried very hard to make the car perform great, yet still appeal and sell to women too.14.6@97MPH said:Surprisingly this is not true with the newer Vettes (C5 or C6) anymore.
