I see what you are getting at but the track is nothing like the road. Especially for your R/t truck. The r/t has traction issues that are even worst on the road. if your truck runs a good short time at the track it will not do the same on the street. You talk about playing catch up at the strip but thats only at the track. you see the SS in my sig its a good race for my mark on the street but take it to the track and I'll put over second on that car. My friend couldn't believe it when it happened. Two very different races.
As the for the r/t it is a quick stock mid size truck for what it is. Its a whole lot quicker than my old tacoma v6 for sure and most all other trucks.
