My door chime won't turn off after an accident I had. The door does not close properly so the monitoring system thinks the door is always ajar. Which fuse can I pull to get it to stop? Thanks

The signal "flasher" is in the instrument cluster.

I am trying to find an easy way to turn the chime off. I am still driving the car until I decide if I am going to fix it or sell it as is and buy something else. With all the driving I do the chime is DRIVING ME NUTS.

There isn't any fuse that you can pull to kill the warning chime, and not kill the car. The chime is in the cluster. If you kill power to the cluster, the car won't start.
The only correct fix is to fix the door so that it closes correctly.

you could ground the door trigger wire, then the computer would at least think the door is closed. the dome light would no longer come on, this would also effect the alarm system, and the radio wont shut off for ten minutes after you turn the car off. not too mention that driving around with a door that wont shut is just plain fukcing retarded. i think you should just fix the problem instead of hiding the symptoms.
