All the runs were in 4th gear,does 239+ sound right[at the rear wheels]for a car thats supposed to have 280?we tried changing the air-fuel mix. with little success,couple of horses but had detonation.heres a copy of the last run.

Either fill up with 94+ octane or get the NOS off road octane booster with Nitro-Methane additive. It works great. I can run 93 octane with the NOS additive with no pinging at all. About $11 per bottle at AutoZone.

Sorry it took me so long to answer [been out of town].Only changes i've made are magnaflow mufflers,K&N air filter and I prefforated the bottom of the filter box with a 1 inch paddle bit instead of cutting it to keep it's strength.Yes i'm looking for more mods but not interested in a couple of horses here and there[waiting on the supercharger],possibly a gear change on rear end.Kelleyo said:Leadfoot, do you have any mods? hey it may sound stupid but i had my mufflers cut off and 3 foot SS tips put on my lincoln ls and it sounds bad ass. btw the ls's have a throttle delay when u floor it it only opens the throttle half way if u get a SCT tuner u can have the problem turned off my car did 235 hp 253 lbs of torque no rev limiter does 150mph and no speed limiter i can try to get a sound clip on here.btw due to white face gauge issues u have to add 15 mph to my speedo.
Does the throttle delay have to be turned off by the tune writer or is it a user adjustable parameter?
