Finally getting around to it..

Waiting until Monday because the dealership left me a voice mail saying "the bearing kind of got destroyed while being pressed into the hub"

Off to the dealership to tear some a$$!! wooWOOO! These guys are crazy if they think Im gonna pay $140 for their mishap.

Im pretty sure it went something like this...

"Hey Bob watch this!"
*crunch*
"Dang, I broke it, guess this jerk has to buy another one, shoulda just came in and had us do the whole job."
"Damn Tom thats messed up but jolly good show mate, get him for all the money you can, hey break those rivets too and the bolt he threaded in so that it wouldnt get lost!"

Lol.. Damn dealers.. I'm thinking about doing the LSD this summer so this is a good lesson.. Keep up the good work and hope you get crap at the dealer figured out.. Remember, there is always the bb if all else fails..

I paid $40 like we had initially agreed on. On top of that I returned my "Autozone bearing" and got my $50 back for that and didnt get charged for the one they installed.

Anddddddd its the rear diff ladies and gentlemen..

Everything is back together, by the books, exactly the same symptoms, vibration, howl/grinding sounds..

Any guesses on how bloody my a$$ is gonna be after I get raped? :(
