Nice ride, the picture on your link(the top picture) has no LSE front fascia, but then the one right under it does. Kinda funny, I guarantee nobody would notice this except LS owners.

Mine is an 03 so the intake will fit yours (unless yours is a V6).

The grille is the stock 2003 grille left over after I replaced wsith with the 2004 LSE grille.

I'd ask for more. I got 13k out of mine. I had an 03 with 81000 miles thx/nav heated/cooled seats but I didn't have any of the extras you have on yours. Plus I had some paint and windshield chips. In my opinion your car is in better shape and half the miles. Surely you can get more out of it.

Oh, sorry, my fault, I read it wrong, I thought you were selling the LSE Grille, which is what I want. Thanks.

Mine is also the V-8, but I wanted the K&N, not the stock.
 
He knows you want the stock, he's saying if you sent him your stock + probably $$$ he would send you the K+N. He doesn't even have a stock filter+tube.

That'd be the trick, I can't take mine out of commission either. Oh well, good luck with the sale though.
 
Forgot to mention I still have the stock Springs (2003) as well.
 
i thought once the xcal is mated to a certain pcm it cant be mated to another?? am i wrong?
 
Update:
I bought the M5. It is a 2002 loaded with NAV, heated seats, roof, premium BMW sound etc. Only 31K miles. It is Sterling grey with Caramel Leather. I will post pics shortly... I will be driving it home from Colorado on the 22nd.

Make an offer on the stock springs.

The XCAL is for sale. I paid $399 from Torrie at FPS. I believe he will cut you a new code for $100. I will not sell it for $100 so don't insult me with lowballs.

I still have the stock 03 grille and stock 03 rear surround.

If someone wants to buy the K&N Typhoon intake I will do it with a swap out if I cen get the 2003 stock intake shipped to me first so I can keep the car running.
