I realize the answer is already here somewhere, I simply cannot find it. I have searched for hours, many different ways. I have found the thread that lists all the plastic parts that need to be replaced in the Gen II Cooling systems, but I cannot find this information for Gen I.
At the risk of being inundated with yet more posts of what an idiot I am, I nevertheless need the parts list for the 2002 LS 3.9 to replace failing cooing system parts since it differs somewhat from the Gen II's. Part numbers for any metal replacement parts will be especially helpful.
I replaced the fan pump and fan motor because the idiot that owned the vehicle before me ruined them by putting water in the reservoir. I drove it 3000 miles before any kind of issue arose, so I didn't even know to look for this kind of problem . It still runs hot after bleeding according to proper instructions.
Should Jesus Joe offer me the link to this list, then I thank you for your trouble, as well as anyone else who might help. What would be even better would be if someone could show me how to make the right search inquiry to bring this up.
Thanks all.
