not only 1-2 chirp, but if you notice, it broke them loose on take off after already having traction. These are 275/40/17" and sticky as hell.

This car is friggin MEAN!
I think the wheels and tire combo look great!! are those chrome or polished cobra R's?

Holy Crap! I need to come out of the LS forums more often... You've done an excellent job thus far. Not that it's unexpected. Dang, I might just have to drive up there just to see that thing in person.

Hey, while your at it, a flip flop trunk might be a nice addition to the show car.

Could you give some advice regarding how to make a custom grille like that? It looks great.

Video is great Mike... Car is looking very very good...

Can't wait to see it in June. Hey can you paint my 94 that color before I pick it up. LOL... That color is hot really sets the car out. Joey'll be creaming his pants...

Thanks Rich.... I'm hoping everyone will.

Calabro, The grille is just a stock grille with (I think) every 4 slats cut out. I smoothed the new openings with a plastic filler made by SEM, and then primed and painted it.

I'm not happy with it right now because I baked it with everything else, and the heat warped the thin plastic and cracked some of the paint off. I don't have time to fix it before Carlisle, so I'll have to make due for now.

All this weekend was spent buffing and beginning to get the interior put together. I have it 90% done right now, including ALL of the exterior lamps, which is allowing me to drive it around town here, to work any "bugs" out before I trust it to cart us to carlisle.

Believe me, I get ALOT of attention driving down the strip with no hood on it. I have put 75 miles on it in the last 2 days.

Here are some of the pics.

The Car was Vandalized Last night

Well, This is an all time low for humanity in my mind. I decided to take the car home for the night and park in off of the street behind my house. I go in and go to bed, and wake up to head back out to the shop, and find someone has poured a full bottle of beer on the roof, and keyed the front drivers fender.

Luckily, I have some extra time, and the resources to get it fixed in time to head to carlisle. I was so mad this morning I could'nt see straight enough to drive to the shop.

After all that got through my system, I got to work fixking the damage, and moving forward on the project.

Brand new a/c system installed, and the cobra R hood blocked down to prepare for paint.

Pics will show you everything I did today.
