^To further add: A total of 16 individuals previously detained in Russia in exchange for eight individuals held in the U.S., Germany, Norway, Slovenia and Poland were completed today by the Biden administration. America got a two for one deal.

Great news for America, those held and their families.

Well no, but you go on believing that. The Tuesday debate is another example of what happens when you debate a gish gallop opponent and have only 2 minutes to both retort all their lies and make your own points. You can't counter everything.

Only a fool (ie a Trumper) would be impressed by Vance's shiny on the surface performance, sure he's a good speaker because he's a trained Yale lawyer. But 95+% of his points were lies, gaslighting and reinventing reality. My favorite might have been his claim that Trump "saved Obamacare", when Trump very openly tried to destroy it for four years. Another was his claim that illegal immigrants are buying up all the homes, somehow using the low-paying jobs they stole from Americans, who don't want to do those themselves. His cowardly dodging of "Did Trump lose in 2020?" was just hilarious as it was pathetic.

Now with all the disasters and overspending, Biden is saying FEMA is almost broke.

If I ran my house like that, I'd be on the street in less than a year.

Might be a good place for Biden.

I've been on a different forum recently, talking to people (live) about the flooding. Some 2 way communications are being done by CB radio, and people are relaying messages back and forth. All it takes is a car battery, antenna, and the CB.

There are plans to build floating pontoon/barge style bridges across rivers to get access to people who are unreachable.
