The best time I could pull off with exhaust was 14.8. Sh|tty conditions, needed tune-up, horrible tires. I'm hoping for for some consistent LOW 14's with , of course 4.10's, intake work, and a godly dynotune. I just want some HIGH 13 second passes by the end of this summer ! Please LORD!.

But that's a mear $ 1,300 that I don't have... YESSSS! :Beer

I wish my baby went 14.3's stock, damn. Very nice runs. But who knows, I only went to the track once. I have no clue what it runs now...
 
I don't think it matters what any other Mark VIII runs - unless it's running beside me at the track! :N

Yeah, I've had some 14.3s but that's certainly not my average - and neither do I run at one track, certainly not the best track and hardly ever in the best of conditions and I'm damn sure not the best driver. I've only been doing this for a year. I simply strive to run the best I can, whether it's just me and the clock or running against an opponent in the other lane. :Beer
 
takes me 14.3 just to walk out to the car and get it started, does that count???

if I was at ATC0 I would run about 13.9 @ 100 so its possible but not common and im not saying you cant run 14.6 stock but its hard in joliet

You need to record actual real time track conditions however and not the local weather forecast. I use the outside air temperature sensor mounted in with the cold air intake for track temperatures which will be the biggest weather variable. I have tested it to be accurate to within a couple degrees. I generally record 10-15 degrees higher temps at the track on a sunny day, even more in the peak heat of the summer in the staging lanes.

You can use a site like www.wunderground.com for hourly stats for humidity and barometric pressure. Some tracks actually measure these stats, calculate and print the absolute density altitude on the timeslips.
 
How bout let's stop all this " What IF I was at ATCO, What IF it was IDEAL temperatures" and just be satisified with yours times.
This way it urges you to do better and push for better ET's at your local track conditions.
