did you guys replace the tensioners on the top (intake cam to exhaust cam tensioner) or another set somewhere else?
sorry, yes i did... Im just curious if theres another chain tensioner i need to be worried about... sounds like what you did might fix my problem... just making sure

is there a quick way to tell which bank it is if the car doesn't run??? i hate to get into the drivers side if i dont have too... compression test i'd imagine?
bought a kit that included new gaskets, upper tensioners and chains (w master links) and replaced my uppers using the cam removal technique. In retrospect wish I would have left the whole thing alone.
The startup rattle remains and now I have oil leaking into the spark plug recesses.
Have you asked joegr or cammerfe about this issue? If not, I would.

Your welcome and good luck!A very good chance they are.... But I have gotten it to barely run and you don't hear any valve chatter. Just bad timing..... We will see tomorrow.... Thanks boys
