Just lowered 04 LSE

What is the difference in the struts between regular LS and sport if any?

For '00-'02 there are base, sport and euro shocks (the LS doesn't use struts); for the '03-'06 model years there are base (V6 cars) and sport (V8 cars). IIRC, the euro calibration was dropped. The base are the softest and euro the stiffest. When I had the euro shocks with Springtech springs the ride was very stiff. It was much better with the sport shocks.

Would a parts store have the various shocks or is this a Ford only deal? When you have the eibach springs, does the car still have an acceptable ride quality?

+1 on that. The sport shocks still maintain a comfortable ride...even with all the frost heaves and potholes around here. I don't think I would be very happy with the euro shocks though.

I tried Monroe Sensa-Tracs and they were junk! The dealer is the best way to go. The Eibachs degrade ride quality only minimally.

You will notice the ride being a little stiffer with the Eibach springs but like LS4me said, it's minimal. I feel like I'm getting back in my Camaro with how low it seems to sit to the ground now. It definitely feels like its lower than 1 inch lol

I agree with pektel...dont kill it with 20's those OEM Wheels are very rare and look very nice in your car.If it was mine i would go with the spacers

The OP's wheels are rare? I got the same set on my '03 LS8.
