I will prolly wait till tomorrow to install it as I work late today and I need to see why the window makes a crunchy noise when going up and down. Prolly just need to lube everything but thats better to do in the day when I can see whats going on. :)
 
Well yes I did and you said you were thinking of buying one new injector. Sorry I miss read what you were doing but I thought that if the set of eight went for $50.00 bucks it might have been a deal for you.

Accel injectors suck and I cant mix one of theirs with mine. And I now understand what you were getting at but they wont go for $50. They will prolly hit $180ish before auction end.

While I have never run Accel injectors I only know two people that did and both cars had a couple failing injectors within a couple hundred miles.
 
I can has working door again! :wrench

Got off work and decided it was time to tackle the damn door issues. The outside door handle was broke, the window made this weird crunchy sound going up and down and there was a slight rattle in the door.
Handle wasnt too bad, was easy to remove once I decided to remove the weight while it was still in the door. Ford makes perfect cut outs in the door for the wrench for this very thing.

Then I cleaned up the window tracks and lubed them. The upper track had no lube at all on it.

Then when I dropped a socket in the door I found the rattle.Door was filled with broken glass. I knew the car had been broken into before cause when I got it one seatbelt didnt work and the seat would stick. In both cases it was due to broken glass stuck in them.

Oh well, all good now. I do see what Minikinny was talking about with the thinner door handle. It does feel flimsy in comparison to my original one. Screw it, if it works it works.


The color match was fairly close too, :)

what did u use far as posish the headlights everyones saying mcquirs plastX and the sand paper ruiten..... car looks great
