Looks like painted chrome strips.... Too bad chrome wasn't an option on the LSE. The bumper must have been replaced, or they painted the indentations on the bumper.

Without getting to detailed in this thread...
1. I dont have those jag wheels anymore, ended up getting 19's that are waiting for rubber/spring time
2. I only have the front springs on just because I was forced to (broke a front spring the other day) and its extremely low with 16's +snow tires
3. be patient.. I want to come out swingin' when the weather turns!
Without getting to detailed in this thread...

If I had a trailer, I would be all over this - easy to get your money back on that one just in parts. Or if it runs well, throw a 2nd Gen LSE front end on there and its good to go
