My new project (Slow project thread). Definitely different.

Also, this afternoon my friend Eddy & I worked long hours to get all her electrical going. Unlike most trailers, this one will have reverse & the remote latch will also be functional. :)

5 relays

*Right turn sig
*Left turn sig
*Running lights
*Neon brake+3rd Brake light
*Reverse lights

I'm one step closer to getting her on the road.

Try and keep the air ride. It would make a cool sight to see the trailer lower on your command.

I got more pictures coming up next week.

Roadboss, I would've loved to keep the air ride but my budget doesn't allow it to currently. It it the plan for the distant future. I just became a 1st time dad 2 months ago so my attention is elsewhere.
I just switched it yesterday from bags to Eibach springs. Even with the lowered springs, it sits super high due to the lack of weight. Pics of the conversion & progress coming soon.

Ok, first & foremost, since the APRIL FOOLS jokes are flying high over on the Lincoln Mark VIII Enthusiast Community today, I'd like to mention THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOLS JOKE!!! Most of you know about my 1/2 Mark VIII project.

I have to be realistic here & with a 1 year old kid requiring more & more attention each month, my newly opened office a few months ago & the closing of my house next week, this 1/2 Mark project will sit for the next 5 years the way it is. I already contemplated selling it about 2 months ago but I figured I'd keep it. However it's not fair, I know someone can complete the project I started & I would he so happy seeing my dream come true, even in someone else's posession. Kind'a like STU has done with my black '93! Ok, I was planning on chopping the roof & making it into a convertible which is the coolest way to have this puppy rolling around & if you chop it, you even gain more parts. You gain both 1/4 glasses & a rear glass! :)

The Pro's?
The price is INSANELY cheap! Why?
Trunk full of about $600 worth of Mark VIII parts will be included.(Air bags, air compressors, some interior parts, spare neon(no ballast), etc...
All the wiring has been done.
All lights work to DOT standards, it already has a fully welded hitch & all the electrical has been wired with relays done professionally. Not a half ass job.
Trunk latch also works with your own key fob when connected.
Speaker wires are ready to be connected in the event that you want to pair them with those in your car.
Has a spare tire with jack installed from factory as it came.
Still has fuel switch & air ride switch installed in the trunk.
Still has brake pads, calipers & discs all currently for looks but can serve as spare parts for your car.
This is already a fully working trailer that can be pulled anywhere you go!
People will stop you just to take pictures sitting in it. I've had to pull over in a few gas stations so I can take pictures of people sitting in it. It's a true head turner!!! I got thumbs up everywhere I took it.
THIS IS A RUST FREE FLORIDA MARK VIII BODY!.. & IT CURRENTLY SITS INSIDE MY GARAGE!

The Cons?
I would not go over 40mph because of the risk of the rear glass blowing out. I never did & neither should you. You either cut the roof & make it into a convertible or create a door for it to stop the air from going in.
Like any unfinished project, it needs to obviously be perfected. Some body work on the boarder where it was cut & also underneath the rear window.
Some weight needs to be added to the front tongue somehow. When I unhitch it, it immediately throws it's ass on the floor. I keep it in my garage with a couple blocks underneath it so it stays level.

If interested, please email me. I can take a ton more pics upon request. This is a fun piece to have.

PRICE IS FIRM!
$700!

NOTE: Seats were dyed black in June of last year so the pictures of the lighter seats are from May of last year.
Bullitt wheels can be included for $100 more but they are Mustang lug pattern. They are mounted with spacers & the spacers are NOT included. Trailer will go with OEM wheels.

WOW. Very nice. I don't know how I missed this. If I had the money I would buy it. Good Luck.
