Obama has removed the Fight The Smears Website Birth Certificate

Can't you find the birth certificate on every conspiracy website out there? I would think even right wing sites like World Net Daily would still have their stories regarding the birth certificate (along with the images) still available.

Before entering any of those sites - or even Obama Birth Certificate sites started by Monster - I always don protective gear -

So Obama's website, Fight The Smears has scrubbed the Birth Certificate issue altogether. No more picture of his supposed COLB as proof of his status as a Natural Born Citizen.

More troubling is the WayBackMachine that archives webpages has also been scrubbed and the only people with enough clout to get that accomplish is Obama and his minions.

We are in for a rough ride folks.

Any of you libs care to explain why/how this has occured?

Two things:

1) Google 'Obama birth certificate' and then click on the 'images' tab; you get page after page of pictures of it/links.

2) You can also Google 'Obama COLB', for [about] the same effect.

So I'm uncertain of your 'Obama scrubbing the web' conspiracy, ie I don't think that dog's gonna hunt.

Obama wrote a letter to Kapi'olani Hospital and in that letter he specifically states and I quote Obama; "the place of my birth" while praising the hospital's anniversary.

Guess what. The letter has been scrubbed on the Kapi'olani website.

And that was just yesterday.

Do me a favor. You seem like a nice guy. Take the red pill and join the rest of us that live in the real world.

Oh, btw, they are busy scrubbing Bill Ayers and ACORN stuff as well.
 
And the letter, which was posted in the article printed in the Honolulu Advertiser has also been scrubbed. How convenient!

Nope, very easy to find. You think learning massage therapy only gives you skills to run a medical career but since you work in a dimly lit room hour on end finding knots and tension it makes finding anything on a "sensual" occasion, with someone you might be dating or seeing, that much easier. Could you post up some history on our Current President of the United States?

Post up some things like school transcripts, meetings he held as a US Senator or an assembly man in Illinois.

I'd like to see his marriage certificate from when his mom and dad were married because they obviously were per the birth announcement listed in the paper. I would also like to see the borth announcements of the twins that were born in the same hospital on the same day.

The problem here is that Hawaii does not provide a Certification of Live Birth stating that children born outside of Hawaii were actually born inside Hawaii.

Any seventh grader can look up the U.S. Constitution Amendment 14, section 1 and see that it reads:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Obama’s birth certificate clearly states he was born in Honolulu. If Hawaii were providing Certification of Live U.S. Birth to persons born outside the U.S. the State would be illegally providing U.S. citizenship to non-citizens. How did all these self-appointed defenders of the Constitution miss something so very obvious?

And the "substance" of what you say is either highly ignorant of the actual claims or distorts the truth. All of the points that are brought up in your post have been discussed thoroughly in that previous thread and you know it. In that light, the characterizations presented in your post are dishonest because you know that they are distorting the truth (example; the 14th amendment point you highlight which, as demonstrated in that other thread, is overly simplistic and innaccurate).

You are bringing up points which have already been discussed, vetted and discredited in this forum and you know it, but you apparently overlook that fact because doing so serves your purpose of demonizing those who disagree with you.

The issues keep changing, sir. He was born in Africa, he was born in Indonesia, he was born in Hawaii but since his father is British, Kenyan, Indonesian, Muslim etc., he [Obama] defaults on the "Natural Born" clause.

"I think" and it being factual are two different things, when you have solid proof that he has a foreign birth birth certificate, please do post it.

I-I didn't vote for Obama or the Democratic party this last round. I also don't believe most conspiracy theories, Aliens on the dark-side of the moon, lizard-men Illuminati, George Bush ordering the 9/11 attacks etc. So I guess I am the biggest sheep of all.

You seem to be operating under the assumption that because you deem something to be "discussed, vetted and discredited", then it must be so. The fact that you spend three quarters of your waking life in this forum and that each and every one of your endless assertions and tortured logic aren't directly challenged point by point doesn't make you the winner-by-default of the debate. It simply means that we don't have the time in our lives to counter everything you post.

In any case, I posted the links for a reason. Did you read them, or just dismiss them because you don't like my style? They address many of the "issues" brought up by the birthers.

The problem with this conspiracy theory is that all of these claims depend on one thing: Proving Obama was born outside the U.S. So until someone makes that case, the rest of it isn't even worth wasting time on.

Despite that, I did address some specific charges Bryan made in my first couple of posts. Here's a rundown:

What is the more plausible explanation for each of the following?

The fightthesmears web site being taken down

A. A coverup to prevent anyone from examining his birth certificate further, or
B. The site was no longer relevant (the election is over), and maintaining it would have been a waste of effort.

Not on "Wayback machine"

A. Obama's jackbooted thugs forcing them remove all traces of it, or
B. It has yet to be added due to a 6 - 14 month delay on ALL web sites.

Web sites changing the hospital name

A. Uh, help me out because I don't even know what the "devious" purpose here is, or
B. Correcting an error.

The letter being removed from the Kapi'olani Hospital web site

A. Again, I don't even know what the conspiracy is here (hiding the fact that he was born there?), or
B. The hospital being plagued with calls and emails from birthers demanding information after the letter was published.

In each of these, there is no plausible explanation given for A by the birthers. Just "questions", like all conspiracy theories need in order to thrive. Facts and rational alternative explanations are dismissed if they don't fit the theory.

What more do you want?

More red herrings. I was specifically referring to the section you quoted in your post which had been discussed in this forum already and anyone familiar with that discussion (like you) would know that the characterization in that passage is grossly inaccurate. You are spreading distortion and you know it.

Your claim that, "The problem with this conspiracy theory is that all of these claims depend on one thing: Proving Obama was born outside the U.S." also mischaracterizes the argument being made and you are well aware of that. However, that dishonest act is dismissed in your zeal to demonize here.

Which would lead me to suspect that the little part you just laid out here characterizing things as an "either/or" type thing is probably mischaracterizing things as well (though I will leave that to Bryan to comment on).

And, as you set post #41 it is abundantly clear that the primary aim is to demonize and ostracize those who disagree with you; not to provide a substantive and respectful critique. There is no reason to start pulling in IDer's and lying about them as well or to make the disingenuous comparisons to the 9/11 truthers. You even start the post off by trumpeting Walden because he buys into the "kook" stereotype of those skeptical of Obama's natural born status that you are trying to promote.

Your intentions here are clear and are becoming a pattern. You are now turning your demonization efforts on me as evidenced by the comment I quoted above and through other comments peppered throughout your responses to me in this thread.

You should really take a look in the mirror. Your little Darwin quote very aptly applies to you; "Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge". You are so confident that there is no credibility to the claim of Obama not being a natural born citizen that you habitually overlook the facts pointed out and specific claims made to draw misleading generalizations and inaccurate conclusions about it.

Those African politicians who are saying so are doing so because they are full of crap and find it politically advantageous.

The only "conspiracy" I see is a bunch of people dangling this bait and sending a bunch of dedicated and intelligent people who could cause Obama trouble off on a wild goose chase. Spend your time, money, and credibility on this "birth place" issue while the world changes around you. While all of this time and energy is poured into his "natural born citizen" status in an effort to protect the constitution, they are unapologetically undermining the constitution, our sovereignty, and undermining our economic system.
