I've looked at the kits before and I'm curious how "Titanium Burl Wood" would look in my interior... Hmmmmm
(I don't have much for wood trim anyway)
Supplier link ?

Hinzy I think you can pull it off. I used to want that color also, but since my sterling wheel and shifter are also wood I think it'd look stupid to have 2 different color wood trims, but since your LSE had leather shifter and steering wheel you could go sure pull it off.

Thanks, I was checking out the carbon fiber look. Seems a bit thick with the 3M tape and all.
More leaning towards this wrap stuff, apply heat to contour edges:

I had a dash kit, took it off cause it looked cheap. You will always see what's beneath.
Vinyl wrap is the way to go.

I plan to order the brushed black aluminum vinyl wrap
I don't think carbon fiber belongs anywhere in a lincoln
Be sure to post a pic. Very interested in seeing it.
It's not on the top of the list for me but eventually I'll get to it.

Decent photoshoot next month, weather permitting. In the meantime, cloudy days make my LS look like a ninja.

Looks like your degas bottle is leaking...lol
 . still an amazing LS!!!
. still an amazing LS!!!Yes I have, and I have experimented with different vinyls/films and they all end up looking like trash once you project light through them.
I may be using the wrong film, but I was using a high quality Oracal vinyl and it just never looked right.
I wanted to achieve a light smoke just to tone them down a bit, but it looks like the only way to do may be painting with a spray - and that is too risky IMO. So unless I come across a different vinyl, I just rock them clear.
In this photo they stand out more, due to the clouds, the vinyl has a full matte look with no sun - and has a satin look with sunlight. Thus the headlights being a reflective surface stand out way more on a cloudy day.
I just received my HID's back from getting angel eyes and clear markers installed....
I don't know how the hell am I supposed to hold out installing them until it gets nice out??
You pay someone to install them also?, who'd you go with. Last time install cost me 199+ shipping.

Try this. I think the Pros use this in sports car racing.
