Those are the best wheels for the LS. Good job!

Next project. 19" jaguar BBS Barcelona wheels. I'll post more info when i post pictures of them installed. But for now.

I picked these up for cheap, they were black, had curb rash and some nicks in the paint. also the previous owner clearly was not a professional painter or anything lol, they were spray painted black, and they had drips and some areas were completely covered in the black while others were not so much. needless to say I decided to make this a project, since it was a good deal.

Had them sandblasted, then followed mlara1129's preferred painting method, found in the video posted in his thread here: http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?t=84855

my gunmetal was not as dark as the one in the video, but over all they turned out good, better IMO that just painting them with silver only. They look pretty much how the stock Barcelona's do, maybe just a little darker of a silver, but looks great. They will be mounted Friday and then we can see what Barcelona's look like in silver on an ls.

Thats what i was thinking

Yup, 06 Chromers. I almost wanna ask and see if he wants to trade lol. Doubt he would though. He keeps a nice LS. Its always clean and the interior is even cleaner than mine. Obviously it needs the typical things a unmodded LS needs though (grille, possible lowering). I'm pretty curious how he ended up with 06 chromers

I think that's just a reflection from OP's car....

Yeah its the black from my car. Just a funny angle. I've thought about leaving a note on his car telling him to sign up but I wanna see if he's some punk kid or not first. We don't need any more of those on here lol

Can't guarantee this, but I don't think a punk kid would upgrade his wheels to another set of stock wheels off a newer model, somehow I think a punk kid would pick something else lol. Unless he bought it and it already had the 06 wheels lol

My LSE (first one)

Just bought an LSE with a ton of miles, 174K, have a few things to work on and some mods I would like to do. Here is where I am starting.

Holy sh*t you bought your first LS with 174k miles? That's how many miles mine had when I got rid of it, lol! You're pretty ballsy man. Anyway, it's a nice ride. Just make sure you have a "Money for my LS" savings account because repairs on these cars aren't cheap and at 174k miles, you're sure to experience your fair share.

Don't let this scare you, just better to know what's coming rather than it surprise you when it happens, like always happened to me.

hey guys - new to the LS - i def begining to see what DunnDarryn is talking about - here is how she sits now - want to drop and dechrome her - i love how dirty that sounds

oh do they look...

I know Jag wheels are my thing but these wheels are just dead sexy. Drizz, your pics don't do them justice they look so good in person. (These are not Drizzle's wheels by the way)

forgive the filthy car its been cold, just test fitting...speaking of, how do you guys wash your cars in the winter? I'm afraid my car is too low to take it to the car wash. At least when I was going to school in PA they had those self-wash places.

pics:
terribly dangerous, but wheels on the other side were choked and a lot of weight was still on the jack

No offense to Drizzle, but those rims like 10x better on your car. I like them!

You took the LSE side skirts off? Your tastes change daily my friend. LOL.

Wheels are going to look very good.
