i should be getting into toledo june 1st or 2nd from colorado depending on how i drive, i'd be happy to try and pick some locations there, just cant venture too far with the st louis meet coming up a week later
 
haha well as much as i would like to say i'm coming just for you guys, not the truth, im graduating college so i'm driving home this summer
 
Haha I didn't think it was just for the meet. Congrats, where and what for? I was set to graduate but decided on a year long co-op term.
 
So? I planned on going to both... And I'm willing to put my account on the st Louis meet being less then 20 LSes, which is not ideal for a meet that has been scheduled a year in advance.. least in my opinion
 
Yeah if anyone plans on not going to the STL meet because of this one then don't come to this one. Rather everyone show up to STL then this.. didn't think a 1-3 hr drive would stop people from the PLANNED STL meet. Anywho.. carry on

Graduating from the air force academy, don't know what u mean by what for but ill have a BS with a major in legal studies, heading to texas in july for intelligence training

I'm definitely heading to the st louis meet, would only go to this one if it was in toledo just because of convenience
 
we had the other in Toledo and that was a good time had a pretty good turn out

Not all of us can go to the STL meet even tho we want to. I'm stuck working without vacation time until September, which is another story. Even if I could get off work I have no cash, and haven't been able to save any in a year that it's been in planning because of fun stuff like divorce and child support. Anyways, didn't mean to take it out on you Drizz just venting, been a sh!tty day.:mad:

I feel your pain man my ex- wife's name is Kettering u and she is an expensive bitch. College was such a waste

Looking at my thread from last summer. Here are some names who were at least interested in possibly coming last year. If you see your name speak up if you want to do another meet this summer, what weekends work for your schedule and how far you can travel for something like this.

2002_LincolnLS, surprised you refer to Kettering as your ex-wife, didn't think they had any marryin' type roaming those halls :).
 
I'll go down as a maybe. I have that week off already and am planning on getting the car painted the weekend before that. We will see if its done by then.

When did you go to Kettering 2002_lincolnLS? I went in '06 and I feel ya. I figure you could get 14 2006 LS' for the same amount.
 
I'm interested in going! Just need to get motivation to work on the Ls and not my explorer. lol. For some reason I'm having a hard time getting the car out of storage right now
 
Well then get your car out of storage and work on it... and make a meet, there that's your motivation!

I went from 08 to 09 I started in July and left in the winter I did 4 terms and it got to expensive. And jmtiseo I reffer to it as my ex-wife because I am paying out the ass and don't have anything to show for it. I like the school but damn is it expensive. With 45k in the hole I don't have much left but I get by. I am looking for a new job one that will pay the bills and have some left over. I don't worry about money though its depressing so I worry about well almost nothing. If I were famous I could have a quote, I tell everyone this

Worring and regretting get you nowhere. Live with your choices and learn from your past, not just your mistakes. Its what made you who you are today and who you will be in the future.

But enough of that I can't wait to get my door on hopefully in a couple weeks an see everyone's cars. Also anyone in NE Ohio there is a place in canton having a car show to Benoit a dog orginization and donators get to do dyno runs I will get details when I talk to Scott

I can't do this date as I will be on vacation in Savanah GA. from May 30-June 7 and going to STL June 8-10.

Sorry for not saying no,, I mentioned this ealier and didn't want to rain on the parade. I'd love to do the Midwest thing,, make it a regular deal and I'm sure I;ll make one
 
Oh I knew what you mean. My school isn't too much better but luckily the damage is split between myself, parents, and FAFSA. Can't wait to have to start paying back these loans after graduation.
 
yeah FAFSA didn't offer me anything, and not playing race card or anything but I know being a white male with my parents both working and being married didn't help my cause. I am not mad as I know there are much worse of kids out there financially than I, but I know they look at those things
