Opening a shop, need pros tool advice.

Location, location, location........Must have been a real winner running the last shop pictured!! lol

The first two buildings have spectacular locations. They are in the main car area surrounded by cheap used car places. There are many repair shops too but all are packed. The rents killer though and I can prepay a full year with no problem.

Im thinking: Modular Vehicle Performance MVP.
