Out of ideas, can't fix ETC Failsafe.. Please help.

So according to alldata, fuel pressure KOEO should be 14psi, I’m at 45. KOER should be 39psi, I’m at 55! Is 39 the correct fuel pressure?

55 is right.

I've done all that with my mechanics scanner. Mine if just a piece of sh*t. Prolly the computers been damaged from bad coils from previous user. Lets just say 1.5 years in, I now know why he got rid of this LS.

Just wish I talked the dealer down $1000 or walked.

Side note,

The only real reason to buy an LS in 2020 is to swap the power train out for LS1. Bit of work and you gotta have strong knowledge but TBH these cars did not age well.

Don't blame the car. Blame it on the owner or mechanic that had the car, (or worked on it), before you.
