Receiver and hitch

you don't even understand what's happening on a farm

And once again... you would be wrong, (which seems to be common with your assumptions).

And you're still wrong, a Lincoln LS can haul bikes and tow a trailer just fine. Have a good day.

Never said it couldn't.

Keep pounding your chest like a gorilla. You keep making my point.

The OP, (LS4me)? , of the thread where you hot wired your fan... got all over your case... for the same crap you are doing now. (I could dig it back up if you like).

You have way too much ego. I'm surprised your head fits through the door every day when you leave the house. It will catch up to you someday.

Unsubscribing from thread (again).

Sorry Dutch (again).

Cuz I have a lot of experience and I know what I'm doing homie. Every post you made in this thread says you can't haul bikes or tow trailers or you're just talking shit to me. I'll guarantee you that there is no human being on the face of this planet that has never fixed anyting temporarily or that does every single thing by the book like you seem to suggest, stick your holier-than-thou attitude right back up your ass where it belongs.
You say bye an awful a lot but you never leave, bye, have a good one!

the s-type had a factory hitch and is rated for like 1600lbs unbraked. people pull 3500lb caravans with them all the time.

not a big deal. abroad they tow a lot more with a lot less

Interesting when I had my STR there was NOT a Jaguar hitch only aftermarket. Do you have a part number?
Because Jaguar just like Lincoln has it right in the owners manual that you can't tow with an S Type.

Yes loading a single axle trailer does take a bit of thinking. I would only tow such a heavy scrap iron load a couple of low speed miles from my house to the scrap yard. Yes the total trailer/load and Lincoln LS was well over 10K Lbs. But with lighter loads I had no problems and towed much longer distances. Like my riding lawn mower or my motorcycle. I only had a 4' X 8' trailer so limited deck space. Of course no idea of the weight because I only got weighed when selling scrap metal.

One drawback that we found was the hitch is well designed and is sorta hidden with the ball removed. BUT it does stick down further than the stock car. So we dragged the hitch on steep driveways and parking lots. Did not do any harm as the hitch was dragging but it sounded like the rear bumper was getting dragged!!
