+1. I can't stand this 'sue happy' culture, nor can I stand people who just want to play the 'blame game'.
 
I could go for a good ball licking. I have spent all day working on cars and have a nice sweaty sack. :D
 
I just want to voice my support for Jamie and I feel for him as this kind of pay back is not what he deserves or needs at this time in his life. He has been a tremendous amount of help for a lot of us in not only parts supplying, but also advice and knowledge. If you ever need a hand brother, just reach out and I will do all that I can.

Camel--I hope you grow up soon before you run out of friends, you've shown how immature you are since the time you got to this site.

Not worth it... I'd tie him to a chair & let him watch me go at it with a sledge hammer to his car! After all, it started with the car didn't it?


By the way, don't expect any responses from him, I wouldn't be surprised if he is printing these thread responses & giving them to "his lawyer" so he is just being told to stay quiet! Bastards like him are sneaky!
 
So does this mean Jamie is no longer going to post here too? That's a damn shame.

I would love to see that!!! I don't think anyone in this thread said anything "illegal"!! Maybe he will just fade away because this website would be better off without "Mr. Suehappy" See ya, and I wouldn't want to be ya........

He should print out the HAMMER thread also, then the judge can see how dumb he is.
 
i was trying to stay out of it but i'll just write what i know. as far as sueing me it wont ever happen. the car went to a trans shop and they told him the trans will not go into lock up, now, the fluid is leaking inside the bell housing and dripping out of the convertor drain plug access hole in the bottom of the bellhousing, so, its either the bad leaky convertor or a bad front seal, both of which have nothing to do with me. as far as his car feeling like it has no balls, there you go, a bad convertor will absolutely make the car drive like it has no balls, as if you could manually start off in 3rd gear, bad convertor, no balls!! i have spoken with him, obviously thats how i got this info, the convertor was given to me by him and it is a refurbished marauder convertor. my guess is the convertor is leaking from the weld around the center of the drum where it has been rewelded after being refurbed. as far as what happens now, i dont care, its all up to him to fix it now, i wont touch that car ever again i have been through more than anough with that car. as far as bashing him you can do whatever you guys want this is my only reply in this thread, i didnt write this to bash anyone, just letting everyone know where i stand, and its nothing that i did to the car, and i wont even accept an apology at this point, i'm moving on and closing this chapter in my life. so that being said, see you guys in the forum!

you are right! I think we are spending too much time with this thread and taking time away from more important things (although this thread was funny) F*ck em and lets move on to better conversation.;)
 
Dude is always bitching about his cash issues and his wifey paying for his life. He just wanted to get a peice of Jamie's pie to make :q:q:q:q easier on him and maybe get his wife back in the saddle and off of cutting him his payroll.
