Thanks to my neighbors, I now have a silver Ls with white spray paint flakes added. I went out this morning and the windshield and hood were covered in white overspray. I asked my neighbor if he knew anything about it he said no. Then I asked him how his railing and lattace on his deck were so nice and white when they were just unfinished wood the day before. Oh and asked who's white spray paint cans those were in the yard and he said I have no clue.

Did you proceed to kick him in the balls? I'd do that, then tear down his fence. then claybar your vehicle. That will remove the overspray.

Lets see pictures and the shotgun to your neighbor's head :p

I bet he's a hybrid owners.....or toyota owner :p

^ be stupid not too, head would roll if it was me. Go get 'em!

Even water balloons filed with paint or noxious materials would be for one hell of payback.

You know what I would do?

I would go out and get Tal-Strip paint stripper-lots of it-and late at night while hes asleep I would remove all the paint from everything he painted.

Leave the cans in your yard and say " Hey, I dont know what happened! You said you didnt even paint anything!"

I'd take pictures of the car his freshly painted stuff and paint cans, get quotes from detail shops to fix it, then ask him to pay to have a full detail since it was his fault. If he refuses call the local cops and see what they can do, but they'll probably tell you it's a civil matter. That mean take him to small claims court. You already have pics and estimates should be a slam dunk case for you.

His brother admitted to possibly overspraying. So they are gonna pay for the detailing. But later in the day I also noticed that my girl has a nice new white coat of paint on her car as well. So they will be taking care of hers as well. I am gonna wait for the payback though, They love their vegetable gardens, just wait tilll they are almost ripe and opps overspray about 5 gallons of weed killer. then say it must have been the wind, I wouldn't do that on purpose.

Well, if they have admitted liability and are doing something about the problem, no 'payback' is necessary.

People are something. What a rude ass lying sack of crap. Easy to put him in the corner however. Take pictures of everything. Call cops and demand a report. Take the :q:q:q:qs to small claims court and sue for the max. The guy will be sorry he didn't man up to start with.

Well the only reason I was talking about paybacks is because over the 3 years I have lived here, there have been some mysterious things happen around here. Like my fence being broken from his side of the yard, where he backed up his jet ski to far, yet again had no clue. Or the mysterious shattering window from a golf ball flying through. Wasn't him though even though he was standing in his yard with a golf club and balls. His wife paid for the window though. And a few other things along the way.

fact is you have to own up to wrong doings. I dinged, like not even a big deal to where I would be made if it were me, someones truck that was nothing special and yet still looked for the person afterwards(was carrying afew things and they parked way to close) and told them. Guy was like "so what" and laughed.
