All this subwoofer talk got me insulating my trunk. Several layers of Fatmat, rolls of foam, lots of great stuff. It's going to be like a coffin.

I like using "the great stuff" that spray expanding foam. Sprayed that stuff all up in the crevices of the truck lid, and it really helped to stop the truck from rattling so much.

I am already 9 cans deep in the town car's trunk. I figure 2-3 more, finish up the trunk lid, and some small crevices by the lock, and it will be time to run the wires and throw in the box. Eventually it will be 3 Memphis mojo's banging away in there, 1 for now.

Extremely flammable before it cures, also if I'm not mistaken propane is the propellant. It's wacky :q:q:q:q, pain in the Ass to apply right. If you overdo it, the outside expands, and the middle does not cure, so all the wonderful foam properties go away as it sits and turns back to a liquid. Kind of like if whipped cream sits. Then its a pain in the ass to get it to cure, because you have to whip it up and get some air and moisture in there.
