Anyone of you local Mark VIII guys interested in buying a complete 4.10 Trac-Lok rear end? I would like to get the one in my car sold at some point....

I'd like to sell it as a complete setup. It has 3,600 miles on it since I had it rebuilt including all new bearings and seals, TL clutches replaced, upgraded S-spring and the new Motive 4.10 gears installed. It does make some noise when decelerating (coasting). It is still in the car, so you could hear it before I remove it. I'd like $450 and I could help install it if needed.

thats what ive been seeing them go for, unfortunately it is to new and to rich for my checkbook right now i guess ill have to keep looking sorry

Mark VIII owners are not like the LS owners ... we don't have Mark VIII meets we have LvC meets ... for everyone ...

What we've found is that it seems more Mark VIII owners attend meets .. I guess the LS guys don't like us .. LOL

Understandable. My planned replacement is going to run ~$800 :( Let me know if things change, as I'm not in a huge hurry to sell.

How about a 1st Gen Smoothed Intake?? I have to make a little money to get the car out and put insurance back on it for the weekend. :D

I'm hoping to make it out for a while on the 21st, so I could bring it with me. If you want it before then, we can work something out. You might have to come to Lawrence if you want to see the Lincoln ;)

Does anyone have anything special they need done to their cars... I am going through all my detailing supplies tonight and make sure I am all stocked up...
 
my wheels need some extra love if you can save them id lend you my kid to go the the mall and pick up chicks it works every time for my brother in law he takes Keaton to the mall and comes home with 5-6 new numbers and sometimes i have to pick Keaton up early because well hes getting some in the car, bathroom , etc, etc......



or i could get a case of beer!
