I don't think I'll do any detailing. I probably should fix the slight quarter panel rust that has resurfaced on the passenger side, ugh. Not to mention the parking lot rash she had when I got her.

I do, however, love the chance to get together with other lvc guys.

I might bring the Vette for some detail tho... Would love to get a little more life out of the paint...
 
The Kid will be in town the weekend of the 20th. The following Sunday we will have the cruise and the BBQ meet here at my place. The adress is 4826 Locust ave 66106 KCK. As was said before if you want work done pm the kid so he can get it all together in time and give himself enough time to work while he's here.

I want to see this car rolling the KC area with the group. What needs to be done? You need a teacher or a boss roughed up?:D The group can help with that.:D If all you need to do is sell the smoothed tube, then buy the insurance and I will by the tube when you deliver it to me at the meet.

I know the Kid is going to be detailing some cars, but what are the other plans for the rest of the weekend? Dinner somewhere perhaps? Anything sort of official schedule?

We plan on doing a cruise around town to get some pics in the KC pic spots:D. We know a few right now but more will be decided by the group. Then the plan is to come to my place and have a byoe BBQ. We will have some food and drink for guests but not enough of everything.

I have talked to alot of the group in PM and they are going to bring sides and other things. I will have the grill going all day and if anyone has something they want to bring to make feel free.


We could also do a Saturday night BBQ for KK. It's not like he won't deserve it by then. And this could be an adult BBQ.

Please read through the whole thrad if you're trying to get the jist of it cause we have discussed alot. And have not made deadset plans. Except for KK coming to town and a cruise with the cars.
 
No that rivy belongs to a friend of mine. It runs like hell for a big block boat. It actually is owned by a 18 year old kid. It was his first car. I hate him for it. :D
 
Sorry, missed the part about the cruise and BBQ happening on SUNDAY. I should be around, so if you guys decide on a set time, let me know and I'll see about making the drive over.

Jack stack sucks.:D But one of the guys in the club is related to the owners of Oklahoma Joes. One word Z-man sandwich. Whoops that was two. KK I'll take you to get one when you're done with my car.:D
 
I can probably aquire some beef and pork in quantity to warm on the grill sunday. Oklahoma Joes.

Or we could roll out to another place that is open on sundays. I will talk to the guy with the BBQ. And reply tomorrow.
