Because God wasn't done punishing me for all my little sins a few weeks back with some expensive tire purchases for my 09 Silverado ... (although received on sale after-the-fact discount)
... I got to deal with this last trip out during the middle of the night. Good thing I didn't have to pay for this tire. CDN 583$ installed for a non-generic recap trailer 22.5r tire.
The joy of it all ... middle of nowhere in the middle of the night, good thing it held up another 390Kms to nearest town with Truck Services.

Seems this has become my daily go-to driver. LS'es falling by the wayside as of recent.
Cree H11 LED's in the lows, Sylvania 9005 sx zXe in the highbeams,
still need to get to the blacking out of the front grille w/ gun metal gray on billet insert and tow hooks.
Wanting new shocks all around as well.

doing a little turbo rebuild tonight. yes, my friday nights are SUPER exciting !
snail is going to get a new billet comp wheel, new shaft and exhaust wheel.
rebuild kit, and heat cover. factory wheel had some bent ears !

Yeah, and you'd think my HDTV might find a fn channel or two in the middle of nowhere in the back woods of Western Canada ... nope, not today! Snowed in, stuck on the Trans Canada Hwy, no TV, watched all my movies already. Good thing I get paid waiting time during emergency Hwy shut downs.
What to do, what to do, other then sleep it off.

Only crappy 4G network on cell available where im at right now. WiFi Hotspot to my tablet somewhat slow, have to watch my overage on data, ends up in a stupid bill at end of the month.

So everyone complains about the high cost of owning a BMW. I have a reason to replace the trim that covers the HMSL (don't ask). I was either going to live with the original hoping it wouldn't fall down or try and rig something up. Well, for a whopping $30 I just purchased a new piece. From what I've seen so far, interior trim pieces are less expensive than for the LS! Where BMW gets you is the dealer's hourly wage; about $185 an hour.

Yeah, some parts are pretty cheap, but others aren't. I just paid $1700 for an ABS module on a 325i that can't be worth much more than that. At first, I thought that I would just live without ABS and DSC, but after a couple of months, it applied some of the brakes full on unexpectedly while driving. When that happened, I decided it wasn't worth trying my luck with a junkyard part either, so I had to get a new one from BMW.

I didn't have any problems stopping (I drove many years before ABS was available), but I did suddenly have problems not stopping. Like the LS, I couldn't just remove or disconnect the ABS, because the engine, transmission, and instruments depend on information from the ABS.

Big Rig I seen it on WorldStar. Funny as hell but dude lucky that Kangaroo didn't kill him or come after him. Kanagaroos in Australia have killed people with their massive kicks and have shredded others to pieces with their claws. Love my dog too death but don't know if thats what i would have done....dog had gotten away prior to him hitting the kangaroo

I saw my first 2017 MKz in the wild last night. It was a 2.0T with thick and thin pen stripes on the side and on the hood. It was that color like cashmere but darker and a little more gold. The stripes looked to be burgundy or brown. Chrome wheels and grille.
