I this the Silver Frost is even rarer. I looked at a new 2002 Silver Frost when I purchased the '02 V8 Tri-coat Ivory parchment metallic and I haven't seen one on the street since that day.

LS Color My is Tri-coat Ivory parchment metallic / color code HC with a med parchment (beige) interior. You rarely see this color.

First of all these wheels belong on a Toyota celica in the hood NOT an LS. Secondly, with a +38 offset you sure to have several thousand $$$ in suspension work over the coming years. And thirdly, the comfortable yet tight ride of the LS will suffer.

I most often drive my 2002 V8 with 30,000 miles. I'm getting 21-22 mpg with all highway driving and a very sad 14-15 in city driving.

The question that you have to answer is as follows: Is this a mechnical rattle or is it a performance problem. If it is a mechnical rattle then you most likely just need to add speakers gasket between the speaker and the deck mounting and that will solve your problem. But I am a little...
