1993 vs 1998

I wasn't really sure about what car I was looking at but as soon as I looked at the windshield I was no longer puzzled.

ya well u wouldnt believe how many people out there dont know what the car is or how many times people ask is that a lincoln. so i put it on the windshield. not every one out there is as bright as u. by the way the first remark made on my car is about the lincoln on it. thanks man yr opinion matters to me i went out n took it off right away.so those pics of yr car or a buddy or maybe just something u saw on the net. well feel free to use the pics of mine if u need to wont bother me at all.

I'm actually one of the nice guys on the forum.

In reference to the cars on my signature? They are the last 2 of my 8 Mark VIII's. Currently sold what I believe is the 3rd nicest customized 1st Gen's on the forum. I miss it but I had no business owning 3 Mark VIII's & a truck. Nice one though. I got the pictures on the internet. :D See us here? We tend to bust each others chops & laugh about it.

Your comment about your LINCOLN logo?

I AGREE 100%. I'd say 4/10 ppl forget or don't know what car this is. We actually love that about these cars.

Well, most older seniors have no idea what today's phone's look like. You definitely don't see us placing a 5 inch decal that says PHONE on our... PHONES just in case we run across a 90 year old senior! :D

What I'm trying to say is, that's a poor excuse. You installed the logo because YOU like it & that's ok. It's YOUR car & you will do as you wish to it. However when you join a forum expect some small time bashing. It's all in good humor dude. That sir was small bashing. Just busting your chops a bit for that HUGE logo. Welcome to the board. Have fun. We will help with all issues you may have & expect you to do the same whenever others have issues but do us all a favor & LIGHTEN UP BUDDY!
 
yes like the new kid at school i would expect some bashing but damn i cant get a thats cool diff but cool.but dont take my bashing back wrong both yrs r nice. and its good to b on this forum and see others enjoy the cars as much as i do. i do like that it says lincoln on it n with it as big as it is there is no mistake on what just passed u... lol that logo came from car shows too many people asking is that a lincoln? and damn if it still dont happen. And yes i like it,same as buying the old ford or chevrolet stickers that any auto part store sales.But any ways nice bashing with u we will have to do it again some time.
 
just asking is gman and sapperfire using the same pic. im just saying sapperfire made a comment bout my logo but 2 or 3 post up lookes like the same car diff rims. Im just saying sapperfire maybe a logo to b diff. Maybe a pin stripe or something man .Dont hate on me for being diff u should try it..

Some of my car was going to be Gmans...but he said he couldn't handle that much awesome and sold it... I made the hood myself (still in process of polishing)

My little logo is on the bumper :) I don't think it needs a pin stripe to stand out - which is why I compounded the OEM stripe off the car
 
Sapperfire let me start by saying wow love the hood wish lms would do a hood like that. Im trying to get mine done. It will b a 4 inch cawl with the ram air vents at the nose. But yours is bad *ss too. Look forward to seeing it completed!

Dude, I can't get enough of this car. It's one of these cars I'd love to see in person. Love it.
