Yeah, as long as I can have some sort of carbonated beverage Im good. And since were all at least 18, we can all (except pek) go IN the bar, jsut not use it to its... full extent...

I'll see if I can get some pics of my dads shop? hes got a huge warehouse looking building surrounded by a 10 foot fence with vines growing on it and a train track behind it.
 
I took a cruise yesterday around the three lakes. There is definitely parking lots along the edge of Calhoun that, if there is enough space when we get there, would be fantastic spots for pictures. There is a pretty large parking lot on the Northwestern side of Lake Calhoun on Excelsior Blvd that would make a good gathering place. Unless someone else has an idea they want to toss out there?

I've attached a map to help you guys not familiar with the area find the lake and also a bigger picture to show the parking lot I am talking about. Any thoughts or other ideas?

can someone keep me posted on the weather up there it snowin here now in Norfolk. I know it still about a week away but it's the thought that counts :p. Also can some set up a good time that every one can meet up on that sat.
 
Yeah, I for one won't be making the trip down if it's not good weather. The cost for me adds up pretty quick. And I have until 4:00 on that saturday to cancel my hotel reservation.

but as for the weather in northern MN, it's snowing right now. Not much, maybe a half inch on the ground.

As soon as the extended forecast for next weekend shows up, I'll post it.

It looks like everyone is game for the afternoon of 4/4. But what time does that mean to you guys? Noon, or something like 4pm? I'll probably show up earlier anyway and hang out.

Let's plan on 2pm.

Does the map I put up make sense to everyone? Can all you 'out-of-towners' find it easy enough?

Geez....It's snowin south of me in Nebraska, it's snowin north of me. Where's my snow? I love that white stuff :-(
 
I hate it... Snow here in the cities should be just about done after this weekend for the rest of the year. So we should be good, I'm worried about the rain myself...
 
the snow here isn't much it just melts right away so it's not bad but just don't want it to snow 6 inches on the way up.. It really doesn't matter to me what time we do things maybe meet like around 3 and then go from there or when can meet up eariler too don't make any difference too me!
 
I'd prefer later than 2 o'clock. Remember, I have to drive 4 hours, then wash the car once I get there. I probably can't make it till 4 at the earliest.
 
I looked at the 10 day weather.
Its saying 4/4 40 deg. and 60% chance of rain.
But who knows....hell its Minnesota it could be 75 and sunny.
We could put it off a month.

I like that Lake Calhoun spot that Fbird talked about. That is a great location so I second that venue for the meet.
 
if its at least 40 degrees out im cool with that.. maybe if it does a light snow it might make a good back drop form the picture.. :D ya anytime after 3 will be cool, lady wants to go shoppin friday and sat so sat after 3 or 4 will work great!!
 
I have no goddamn license!!! I am going to court on the 16th to get it back cause MN hates me right now so I am no go until after that
 
I would pick ya up too but I would be more lost than a baby in a titty bar :p

Yeah, I'm for sure going to have to leave the girlfriend at the mall then :D
