You are completely and intentionally twisting Scripture. "The Message" is one of the worst versions of the Bible.

Might as well use a children's version. Actually, it might help you understand the Bible. Because it is so dumbed down.

The Bible is not some sort of "Magic Book"... when in truth it is a historical recording of past events.

We already covered "the walls of Jericho" a long time ago. By the Israelites marching around Jericho in different directions... It weakened the foundations of the walls. I can't make it any more simple than that for your limited understanding. :rolleyes:

The bible has magic elements in it, unless you believe magical gardens, people living 500+ years, people turning into salt pillars, literal giants, rivers turning to blood, fire breathing monsters, talking donkeys, people raising from the dead days later (I can go on...) is based on science? The parts that are based on historical events (wars and such) have been reinterpreted countless times over the millenniums. So who knows on the accuracy.

People marching a baker's dozen times around what was considered an impregnable massive stone wall, causing it to collapse, is not grounded in logic, it's myth.

Besides you taking things way out of context... I have saved someone from committing suicide. I'd tell you the whole story, but you would just continue to mock me... and wouldn't believe what I would tell you.
