My LS sat for that month cause I didnt know what was wrong with it, your correct. How ever it would have been fixed a lot faster if I cared to fix it. Worthless since I dont drive it over the winter as aggravated as it made me which I think I made that clear in that post.

I did apologize, how ever you had no right to flip on me in the first place. I gave you my opinion. I explained it to you and you had to ignore what I was basing it on.

As I said, I never had a problem with you regardless of our differences in taste. I always held it to myself cause apparently I do have some respect but I just had to make it clear that I my self think you can do it with a different approach. just cause I said I didnt like the graphics didnt mean I was opposed to a custom paint job. I may have challenged you at a later time to win one with a stock job but originally I felt you could do it without the graphics no mater what color.

Sorry ( again ) if the words I used mislead you but it wasn't my intention to make this happen.


Also as I said classic has more than one definition. That was also one I had in mind and the definition I was using as it categorizes a car much like the word Antique does. Antique is just one that is older even yet. Which is the reason why in that post I correctly used the terms together like this Classics/Antiques.

I met the young guy the nite before at Mobil getting gas. I noticed how clean it was. Didn't say anything at the time. When I saw it at the show, I spoke to the young guy. He has coilovers on it. He has purchased a bunch of the stage two goodies for it. Nice guy. Name is Josh.

I told him about my friend Phils "SS" with all the stage two goodies. Sick ride. Goes through first and second gear like they weren't even there. First gear redlines so fast. Its crazy. Second gear pulls just as hard. Got a real nice three gear scratch out of it.

Phil and I ran his "SS" against my LS. It was interesting.
from a dig+ Phil got me by 5 cars easy
from a roll at 40mph= I got him by 4 or 5 cars
flatout= he let up at 125mph becuase I left him doing 147mph

I'm "torn" on todays youth and automobiles.
I guess these neon and cobalt kids could be driving celicas and other jap crap.
it just seems to dilute the market for real muscle IMHO.

Then again "real muscle" cost alot of money these days, which is another thing I'm really "torn" about.
