Any time slips on the Race car?

No sir.. Race car doesn't live its life a 1/4 mile at a time

I've never cared for drag racing. I've always had more fun running roadcourses and windy mountain roads.

But here's a teaser for you

It also has a 15 speaker stereo with alpine DVD, batteries inside back seat, hidden amp rack and sub box, billet everything, yada yada yada. There's probably more money wrapped up in the interior than there is in the motor..

Sweet Mustang. Gauges look sick. What kind of suspension wokr on it?

nice ls and welcome to LVC.
just have the chrome parts painted unless you really want to replace both the bumpers.

Car still has stock K member but 03 Cobra Arms, Steeda X2 Balljoints, Maximum Motorsports K member brace, eibach springs and swaybars, tokico shocks, maximum motorsports adjustable upper and lower control arms. I did the side exhaust so I can run a fays 2 watts link, which I'll be getting around to soon. Also has 14" brembos up front with stock pbr calipers and 12" rear brembo ds rotors.

Shock tower brace for your Mustang......

STB's don't do anything

I HATE the factory front bumper.. I will be upgrading as soon as possible. I may keep the rear, in which case, I'll paint the chrome strip.

Update Today.. Got the rear window retinted. Drove 400 miles roundtrip to have my guy do it, but he's the best, and it looks amazing, in one piece as always.

Tomorrow we get clear bra on the hood and fenders. Not doing the bumper because that would just be a waste.

Pinstripe and dealer sticker are coming off tomorrow as well..

Just checked UPS. My Umnitza Angel eyes are sitting at my house waiting for install, as is my JL 10W6 and a box full of fiberglass mat :)

Tried hooking up the sirius-xm today, but it's not receiving a good enough signal inside the back window. I REALLY did NOT want to install the antenna on the outside of the car. Might look about putting it in the wiper cowl. The GPS antenna works just fine back there.. XM satellites SUCK

Also ordered the new wire harness for my 2 way 1.25 Mile range compustar alarm starter. I was browsing threads and had to laugh at a few guys attempting to install them on these cars that had never touched one before.. Bad Idea lol.. I will be using a data-all module or compustar blade module, allowing me to NOT have to go into the door panel for locks, disarm, etc, and instead will be using a the data wire at the obd II plug.. Also don't need a key in the box or anything saving a massive amount of pain in the ass..

I've decided I'll stick with the 20" Giovanna Kilas, but am not going to order them until I sell by Sebring. I'm not sure when I'll work again, so I like to keep a good sized cushion :) I'm hoping soon though, cause I really want some wheels!!! and a bumper

Update..

Just got back from a 400 mile roadtrip to get my rear window retinted and clear bra on the hood and fenders. My buddy does incredible work. The rear window looks 1000X time better and the clear bra is flawless. Did 18" and pulled the grill out, so the hood and grill surround are protected without a seam, and did wraps on the fender.

Just finished installing my Umnitza LED Angel Eyes.. Took me about 7 hours total. Very tedious process, but I wouldn't say hard. I actually kind of had fun.

Out of ALL of the things I've done to cars over the years, I think this has to be my favorite mod EVER!!! They make the car look soo badass.. My DDM HID's and LED Fogs will be here later in the week.

I'll probably start taping the trunk tomorrow afternoon for the fiberglass box. I need to get that done and over with, but I procrastinate things I hate doing, and I hate fiberglass.

I'll post pics of the headlights in the morning!!!!

The force is strong with this one. He is coherent, knows how to search and takes nice pictures.

VERY NICE!!! Welcome too... glad to see another 1st being brought to life

Thanks guys.. I'm about out of money to spend on it for awhile, but it'll be tolerable for the winter.. Can't wait to get wheels on it though and get it lowered, but there's not much point in doing that till spring. I'll take pics of the sub box build and post when it's done.

I know for a fact you guys will love the box, and I'll take enough pics for a how to for it :)

Nice work so far and welcome to LVC ;)

On the angel eyes, I guess mine are diffrent, my angel eyes you can't see that fuse connecting the eyes together

I took that into consideration. I wanted to leave the rings intact, so I have an alternative plan.

I don't like body color eyebrows, so I'll be doing some barely noticeable, fade black to clear eyebrows, which will just be dark enough to prevent you from seeing the tops of the halos, but not noticeable either. I'm looking for the film today actually, but I may have to go back to my tinter to get it. I know he has some.

All ready for fiberglass in the morning! took me 2 hours to tape this bad bitch.

Blwn....retaining spare tire functionality?

Yes of course.. the box will only stick out a few inches over the tire cover. it will still be able to be twisted to the side and lifted up.. I may end up trimming a little off the cover to make it open easier. I'll know that late today.

The amp is already mounted in the spare tire well, but it's on a hinged amp rack I built, so it flips up to give access to the tire if needed :D

that sure is a pretty snake, is that a 94?

Thanks. Its a 95.. Just rolled 84,000 miles.. 2000 miles on built motor.

So.. here is todays progress so far. My head and lungs are killing me! I had a respirator set aside and when I went to start fiberglassing I couldn't find it.. FML..

Anyhow, mold is all done. Waiting for it to dry to pop it out and thicken up any thin spots.. Then I will take a cutting disk and cut the actual shape out, place the speaker ring, and glue the fleece on.

Should be done by Saturday
