Looks like one of the tanks on the radiator. I don't think any type of plastic weld will hold up. Good news is a radiator is less than $150 new.

I looked on ford auto part giant website for the part and It was discontinued tasca doesn't have it either I believe rockauto has it but yall said they take a while to ship

Nah. The radiators aren't hard to come by. You're looking at somewhere between $120-$150 for the radiator if you install it yourself. Personally, I would inspect the other cooling plastics. More than likely they will need replacing as well. As for the radiator... clear your schedule for the day. It's not a fun job. Don't be discouraged though, it can be done. I highly recommend getting an 8mm racheting wrench for this job though. If you don't, you'll be wishing you had.

Any questions or problems just ask here, plenty of intelligent informative people.

Can you please show me where I could find one and yes I will replace the other plastic parts also and I think I will have to let my brother do this one I wonder if anyone else had this problem probably just happened to me because it overheated to much

Radiators cracking/failing on the LS is less common than the other cooling plastics failing. But LS radiator failure is far from unheard of.

You have not listed your particular year of LS, or it's engine size. All you have to do is Google search and plenty of radiator options will be listed. Such as this...

The radiators are one of VERY few exceptions to OEM for the LS. When you purchase your cooling hoses and plastic assembly's (including your Degas tank), be sure to use Motorcraft OEM replacement parts.

And if you're like the majority of the other people that say they're going to replace all the cooling plastics as well, yet don't, we will know. You'll be back here soon enough lol.

Don't forget that 8mm/5/16ths racheting wrench.

Most of your local auto parts stores should have this, maybe even in stock. Try O'Reilly Auto Parts, Advance Auto, and so on. A quick check of my local O'Reilly shows they have the gen II V8 radiator sitting in the store right now ($155 + tax).

My apologies but I have a 2005 V8 and that's what I was scared of buying a cheap unreliable part so I didn't know where to start and lol I will replace the other plastic parts as soon as I get some money

The $155 radiator at O'Reilly (it's a Murray) should be just about as good as any and will fit your 2005 V8. I would suspect that the Ford one (if you could get it) would be a little better, but probably not that much.

I've had a radiator from Advance in my '03 LS8 for about 4 years. It was a bit of a PITA to install, but a good helper goes a long way to making the job easier

+1 on the Advance Auto Parts Radiator. One of the few items you can go aftermarket on and be confident that it works. I got mine for less than $100.. however installing it made me want to kill myself. GL. I believe mine was Spectre??? It's been in for a few years now.

No, no bumper removal. There's a tech article above in the link "TECH ARTICLES" on how to do this job. I would HIGHLY recommend if you're not decent at working on your own car that you find someone who is qualified to remove/replace the radiator. It's not easy.
