Did this last night, Since i am not driving the car due to bad COP's I finally had a chance to install them.
They are hidden under the weatherstripping, these are Alpena Led Strips i picked up at Advance Auto Parts, a while ago.

I kept coating until I used up the can. In all it was 2 cans of anthracite and 1 can of gloss

I did this myself back last season, absolutely needed more light in the trunk, stock bulb does nothing.

Thanks to the rain I won't be able to dip my car : / so I guess I'm just going to do my breaks and power steering flush, stating to hear alil squeaking from one of the pulleys, so I'll be investigating that at work

Went to the junk yard today. Came across 4 LSs. 3 gen 1 and a gen 2. Only thing I managed to get were the headrest supports. Mine were broke and rattling, which bothered the **** out of me.

I know that LS with the CCP decal. Chick at my doctors office owned it. I had not seen it in about 6 months. Now I know why. Which junk yard were you at? I plan to make a trip next week. Grab some odds and ends to try experiment with some mods.

OK, I was gonna try and stick with the more natural yellowish light color but, I think you've sold me on the LED color like this. As long as I can get the beams to project the way I want.

Replaced plastic cooling components.
Put the intake and such back on from last weeks coil and plug change
Drove her through our warehouse where I had to install a Hi Voltage tester.

Buffed out some scratches and such too. Busy day.

Replaced front brakes yesterday...caliper pins on my fronts were frozen...had to torch them off and replace...now crazy vibration is gone and better stopping is back..full synthetic oil change...attacking the back brakes and rear sway links today. Has anyone noticed the immediate change in the engine after a fresh oil change..? Or am I just being illustrious..lol.
