look at that gap. damn moog thermoplastic bushings. DO NOT BUY MOOG STRUT ROD TO K MEMBER BUSHINGS (K8659).FORD bushings ordered from Tasca. which seems to be moving slow here of late.

Christened my 98 LSC last night by running over a Deer
Didn't seem to do damage but haven't seen it in daylight yet. Something smelled real funky when I got out of it last night tho

The low beam has not been touched, the High beam has had 1 polishing compound treatment, and the blinker has had 2 treatments
I'm using a rub on compound stick (white) from Harbor Freight, with a 3 inch polishing pad on my Blue Point angle grinder. I think it's doing an ok job

Checked my gas mileage today. The computer says 19.2 average and the calculator says 23.6! I'm going with the calculator!!!

Installed under drive pulleys, tensioner, and serpentine belt and powdercoated intake. Replaced worn out door hinge bushings and pins. Replaced A/C clutch.

polished my headlights with mothers restore kit.was $20 came with attatchment for screw gun, look like new.

Since I have several of them, may solder a screw onto the back of a CobraStar and mount it in the grill. I've got something in the works for the neon too
The front view will look like this with a different grill, and gen2 side mirrors

Filled 'er up with 93 octane for $3.64 a gallon this morning. Took 15.1 gallons for 329 miles. She's getting 21.7mpg. Not bad. Trip computer still says 19.2mpg. I haven't reset it in about a month.

Is he putting in from the top or the bottom? I don't know about from the top, but it'll definitely fit from the bottom!

Yeppers! That's the thing about some mechanics (but not all, mind you), unfortunately. If they even suspect that you may not be "mechanically inclined", they'll railroad ya! I used to work in a garage. I know... That's why I do 90% of my own work.

the aggravating thing is ive used them before back when ive had my mustang, and cobra, theyve done other work for friends, i just think he thinks just because its a lincoln and "theyre hard to work on" and im currently in the position i am hes trying to screw me because i didnt go for his origional offer,which was ridiculous. like i said game over wait till they get a load of me and my back up tomorrow with no signed work order

I just filled with 93 at $3.49 a gal and I'm pissed cause the week before it was $3.39
I know of another place with 93 @ $3.39 but it is a cash only station so I have to remember the day before so I have enough cash with me.

I now fill up in the city I work in, which is about a 23 mile drive from my house. I get 93 octane from the Shell station there, and last time I filled up, it was $3.75/gallon.
