Hit a sparrow today, sucker didn't stand a chance. Although I was kind of hoping for a canadian goose...free paint job and all
Needed to change the front/driver brake pads. Never heard the squeak indicator telling me it's time to change the pads. Went straight from quiet to scraping in a matter of days! Put small grooves into the rotor.
Working on getting a rear bumper cover from a local guy that tears apart Mark VIII's and sells the parts on eBay. Want to get this fixed and painted soon because of my small rear-ender a couple weeks ago.
You actually only changed one wheels brake pads? People like you scare me...and just FYI, Mark8 brake pads don't have thickness sensors
Yeah I have. Now you seem to be getting the picture..
Ever heard of the "Texas Mile" ?
its dark out. Sorry about that.
very, very nice!!! Me likey!
Check to make sure you dont have a windshield seal leak. I had an F-150 that did and when it rained it would drip on the computer in the dash and cause issues. Dont take much to screw one up.Ooooohh yeah! Those wheels look sweet!
My car must not like the wet. It's been raining off and on here for about a week and my '97 LSC has developed what feels like a miss. I think one of the coils may be going. It only does it when it's under load. Taking off, passing, going up hills, etc. Under normal cruising it's fine. Smooth as a sewing machine. When the miss happens, it feels like the engine actually dies for a split second. It's very irritating. And it's probably that #8 coil that got wet when I washed the engine last year.
