What did you do to your Mark VIII today?

Does it matter? If I could have waited then I may have made 3-400 more. I couldnt sit on it so it is what it is.

Well, got the Full Synthetic Mobil 1 treatment today with filter. And rear diff lube changed, and brake fluid flush, radiator fluid flush, and transmission fluid and filter all done. Tires rotated, and alignment verified. All good for awhile, kinda gives ya a sense of reprieve. :D

Sure it matters Bill, I was asking for the sake of YOUR happiness, as in, a good deal can make ya happy and a sale for the sake of geting rid of it can make ya mad. I don't care personally about value and all, I was just trying to show interest. I got some midol if you need one... :bestwishe

I didnt mean it in a snappy way. I ment it in a zen kinda way. What happens happens. Its sold so I am happy. I didnt get what I wanted so I am mad. It all balences out. No give me some chocolate and some cramp pills! :fuss: :p

Filed a police report for my stolen stereo . Been working late all week and didn't even look in the mark until today. Rat Bastards!!! Least they knew what they were doing and didn't break anything.

Put on my 5mm spacers. Made new brackets for the rear comps so those should be all buttoned up 2maro.

Yesterday,not today, but:

i finally got to play with my new toy(that my dad gave me 4-5 years ago)

works good, just need to get a 30 lb tank so i can do away with the little cans when i work on a/c systems.

Got the oil change done and filed the tank to the cost of $46. I am getting the rest of the front end components togetherfor the rebuild. I would have had it done already but I bought a 55 inch led lcd tv and it blew my car budget for the month.

that sucks, but 55" tv does sound nice for all those times we are not out driving our cars!
:D

washed her, bought her angel eyes, that i might just install if i get off my couch. New plate covers and priced some deep tints

but I bought a 55 inch led lcd tv .

Ah, I just gave my 55" to my neighbor after sitting in my garage for several months. I went with a 68" LCD HD 3D a few months back, had to actually extend out my wall unit another 4" to get it to fit. Now everything is like life size and in your face.

All you guys and your fancy TVs. I just have to make do with a 56" Plasma 1080p. No 3-Donk or nuttin. :(

I don't have a big TV, I use my computer, but I bet the audio setup attached to it will beat anything out there under $2000 in musicality and for movies, and I have less than $100 in it, all brand name stuff. Craigslist and thrift stores are my friend. Now all I gotta do is convince Jamie to sell me the towers and center speaker he lets go to waste in his shop, then I can move my mains to the rear and justify a new TV to hook up as a monitor one day.

That is pretty cool. I also have LG theater system with towers behind the couch on both sides, and a hugh sub on another side of the room, the 3 speakers on top of the wall unit and the sound is virtual, so when watching a movie or NASCAR race, the sound starts in one area and goes around the room in rotation. It is the damnest thing and is so cool to listen to especially during a street gun showdown in a movie scene. It is virtually like being in a theater at any given time, but in the luxury of my home.

This is mine:

Every bell and whistle except for 3D which I did not want. I love the apps and Netflix built in. The 42 inch plasma got moved into our bedroom and the 37 inch Vizio LCD was given to my daughter.
For home theater I have the Energy take classic 5.1 components that I have to set up, I have been too busy with other things:
Amazon.com: Energy 5.1 Take Classic Home Theater System (Set of Six, Black): Electronics

Hmm. The computer in the glove box of my Mark is more powerful than the one in my house that I'm posting from now. The audio system in my Mark is also significantly more powerful than the one in my house... Now I just gotta find a way to stick a bigger TV in there than the one in my house.

Changed out my air struts, lower control arms, sway bar end links, inner and outer tie rods, and strut rod bushings. Put on 4 new brake rotors and new pads. Had 2 new tires put on the car and got it all aligned.

Drives like new again! :D

Reallocated some funds and bought and installed this today:

I only need to put a trim bezel around it and make a few adjustments and it will be done.
