When i bought my car the previous owner put chrome on the door pillars. Its time to take the chrome off but im not sure what to do to take it of without damaging whats underneath, any suggestions or references.

The bottom one is the best of those two. But im not a fan of chrome.

When shifting from park to reverse and from neutral to drive the tranny shifts hard and sort of jerks the car..... any ideas?

The arm rest between the driver and passenger seat is cracked at the hinge and is loose, do any of you know the part number or where besides the dealer i can pick one up?

think its gota do with drive by wire or sumthin cause its just on acceleration.

the LS is lower than my last car so im iffy parking near some curbs around that are higher than normal.

yup i lay under the car and accelerate to see if i can locate the sound... for some reason the car always moves...? naw no real spot that ive been able to figure its coming from

in my car it happens from startup and continues as long as i drive whenever i accel.

mines more of a whiny/crinkly, noise sounds like its coming from behind the dash. no speaker pops. got 2 years left on warranty i tihnk im gunna have them check it out soon

yeah it would give it a nice look man, hard to undo if ur not 100% sure about it.

i have an 05 i read its drive by wire is that correct? theres a noise i have that happens only when i accelerate could it be related to the drive by wire system? are there any common things that go wrong with that?

I tihnk it would only look good if u had gunmetal rims and the rest of the chrome was done like that too. If u only did the license plate surround it would look nasty.

Yeah it is stressful, whenever i go over to her house i make sure to park away from mailboxes and trees near the road. I always park away from cars in a parking lot or at least by cars nicer than mine so i dont have to worry about door dings. passengers are the worst for stuff like that. in my...

Thought about it. Especially after i went to Abra and qot a quote for the dent removal, repainting that door and the quarter panel + fixing some previous body work on the front passenger door and repainting that.... ...quoted at just over 1600. Time for new tires too... Ill be getting a...
