Eye Blows

Figured I would join the plasti dip club. Since my eyebrows were missing pieces and coming off I would give it a shot with plasti dip. Did more than just eyebrows with headlights, but that will be in another post. I still need to get the clear and clear over the eyebrows yet.

See pics below, first one you can see my old eyebrows, second and third plasti dip.

ah okay. Be aware that those are not staggered like mine. They are all 19x8...just giving you a heads up in case you wanted a staggered set.

Yeah I seen that. I have to call a wheel place around here tomorrow and see if they can source the wheels so I don't have to do the leg work

After seeing Rollin's done I decided to black out my window trim as well. I only got one side done today but im quite happy with the result. The matte color of the PlastiDip matches the original black trim nicely. View attachment 68248

This has inspired me to plasti-dip my Foose wheels as well, I want to paint just the star a gun metal and leave every thing else chrome.

You can plasti-dip the wheels on the car?

Thanks. Go for it, looks so much better than the chrome IMO. Why do you think your vinyl's going to peel?

I actually dont mind the chrome trim on a black ls. It has nice contrast.

You can plasti-dip the wheels on the car?

Yes you can do it on a car, but i would recommend against it. Sure you save some time and effort by not removing them, but by taking them off you can be more sure that you're doing it right without worrying about sparying something you dont want to.

Window trim

Here is a video I just found on youtube of someone doing their window trim on their LS, Dont know why it looks so orange peelish, when I did my eyebrows does not look that way. Maybe the way they latered or sprayed it???

Thought i'd do these little ricers around my area a solid and let them know ahead of time i am V8 equipped lol idk wtf im saying.

I'm liking the dipped letters. Stand out much more, specially on my car...because its white

yeah i had a change of heart and the car is no longer matte black.

i left everything but the main body pieces black so i think the badges will look good black also.
