What did you do to your Mark VIII today?

It's in the pass side wheel well area behind the fender lining. You'll see the switch/plug attached to the brake line iirc. You can get under there and pull the lining back enough to see it.
 
driver's side i think. master cylinder and brake lines are on the drivers side.
but yes. you pull the inner fender lining and it should be right there.

edit: nope. passenger side.

you mean to tell me the cruise control is attatched to the brake lines? whats a iirc? i cant see chit the car is at midas, thats where the pics came from on my other thread ' brake bypass' check to see if thats what your talking about. but there are two right next toone another
 
Are we talking about the cc switch for the recall? On g2's it's on the pass side.

the cruise control pressure switch is connected to the brake lines, yes. you step on the brakes, pressure switch clicks, turns off the cruise control. if you have the cruise on, if not, it doesnt do anything.

Wondering if there's a temporary fix to the blend door. It DOES dip down to the 30's once in a while in the winter and it's a 35 mile drive to work. :(
 
Put the factory wheels on.......Correctly this time:) Lubed the front end and did a quick prayer that she'll treat me right this winter.
 
Getting ready for paint!

Took off everything to start sanding on the car, front bumper,, side markers, tail lights, trunk bar light,and drivers door handle. As you can tell, I really need paint!! :eek:

O' do I love the stock wheels. They look like sh!t but they're so much more comfy then the 19's.
 
Just for the heck of it, has anyone got a GEN2 front license plate bracket? I desperately need one. My wife wanted a vanity plate on the front when she was driving the car so I put one of those cheap Wal-Mart brackets on the front and it looks crappy. Doesn't matter what color. I can paint it. Thanks!!!!!

I've got one also, if Sapper's doesn't work out...
 
and i cleaned my engine some what, will do more when i take off intake and spark wires

also the trunk, where all water runs, dont think it had been touched since it came out of the factory,

sapp youll be happy to know i set a febreeze bomb off in there for this weekend
