What did you do to your Mark VIII today?

It's dark out and my flash is broken so this is all I got.

Converted to coils... Soooooooo much better now, the ride and the fact that I don't have to worry anymore... Unfortunately I don't get to drive it. The wife's car has an injector out apparently according to the scanner... Fml
 
Had an amazon.com gift car and so I ordered my Mag-Hytec deep trans pan, and my Dakota Digital speedometer recalibrator. I also have an already modified tailshaft housing with a peice of braided line for the Forced Lube mod since I have 4.10's! All I need is that all aluminum radiator and then I'll have all my parts to get it back on the road once my trans is repaired.
 
well my second mark is home. they killed the battery so i have to charge it before i can trouble shoot the run problem and the air bags when down over night. oh the joys of lincoln ownership.
 
the key switch is bad and that may be the cause of the battery drain. i put my spare battery in and it came up off the ground, it cranks and tries to start but will sometimes run for a little while but wont rev or when i give it gas it dies, no codes as the dtc port isnt working? hints help ? thanks ken

Clogged fuel filter or fuel pump has seen better days would be my guess. If you can check your fuel pressure and let us know what it reads, that would help.
 
I feel like a f'n idiot. I've been looking at your sig with a wtf face for the last day. I knew it looked familiar but just thought you picked up a cheap gen 2.


My brain took a vacation this weekend.
