My passenger side catalytic converter isn't working like it should.... so the check engine light is on. I tried wiring in a O2 Simulator but it threw the code saying it no response to sensor or something to the effect that the sensor is not responsive. Has anyone wired in an O2 dummy...

So, if I get my windows professionally tinted, would the car be ok sitting out in the cold? I don't have a warm place to park my car.

I really want the windows tinted on my LS, but I've waited too long. Its cold up here, single digits and maybe below zero tonight. So, without a heated garage, should I wait until its warm again?

When I first got my mark I had to drive it with open exhaust manifolds for about 200 miles. not the greatest thing, but sounded nice, and more people look at you and smile.

I was looking at a cheap Mark VIII a couple of months ago, and it made this same exact noise. No idea what it was, my guess was a bad waterpump.

I had the same thing happen on a 1993 Town Car of mine. Once I took it off the car, it just fell apart. Junk yard compressor fixed it.
